The Hypnotic Glitter can be mixed with a gel of thin viscosity or acrylic powder and applied to the nails as usual.
You can also sprinkle the Hypnotic Glitter into your still wet layer of Gel Polish High Gloss Finish - No Wipe and let it dry. You can then simply brush off the remains.
A little tip: for a maximum glitter effect, do not seal your design twice.
